KEM-051 is successfully used for removing fillers, colors and fibers from paper making felts and may also be used for breaking in new felts.

KEM-051 is also applicable to felts in all types of paper making from board to tissue and writing paper.

For Continuous Felt or Wire Cleaning: Dosage is between 100-400 ppm at a temperature of 120-140ºC.

For Shutdown or Batch Washing: Use at a solution of 2-6% at a temperature of 140ºF. Allow the solution to penetrate for 25 minutes and then follow by shower rinse for 20 minutes.

KEM-051 is an alkaline product. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. In case of accidental contact flush affected area with plenty of water. For further information refer to Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).

KEM-051 is available in 27-liter pails and 210-liter drums.
